Important
- April actuals data has been loaded into CalPlan and CalRptg. View the schedule for actuals loads. View the fiscal close schedule.
Other Issues/Alerts
- Reporting is unavailable 3 times daily: HCP or CalPlan data is refreshed in HCPRptg and CalRptg between 12-12:20pm, 5-5:20pm and 10-10:20pm. During those time frames, do not run reports.
- CalPlan AggEntity Business Rule is unavailable for the first 10min of each hour. During that time, avoid running it. If you forget, an error message will remind you.
- Do not run multiple CalPlanning reports with varying POVs, simultaneously. It can return incorrect results. The team is working with Oracle to resolve this issue. (3/28/13)

- Available (but without technical support): Weekdays 7am-8am and 5pm-4am; Weekends.
- Unavailable: 4am-7am daily.
Help Desk is available: Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, except University holidays.
